Shawnee County, KS – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) has identified the man who died Thursday morning in an officer-involved shooting in Topeka.
Dylan Walstrom, 28, of Topeka, died after he was shot during a violent struggle with an officer from the Topeka Police Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
The KBI will conduct a thorough and independent investigation into this shooting. Once the investigation concludes, the findings will be presented to the Shawnee County District Attorney for review.
