Attached here are State Representatives Jim Minnix, Boyd Orr, and Adam Smith’s joint statement on the water situation in Kansas. Particularly regarding the Ogallala Aquifer and the water needs of Western Kansans. The Representatives feel the word needs to be spread about the current situation at hand and how they feel about it.
