Geary County, KS- Area Agency on Aging Senior Health Insurance Counseling for Kansas (SHICK) counselors are ready to help seniors and caregivers compare their Medicare insurance plan options and enroll during the Medicare Open Enrollment Period (OEP). Every year companies make changes to Medicare prescription drug plans—and there are changes in Medicare, too. This year there are several ways to review your Medicare options with a SHICK counselor. You can meet at one of the community event locations, in an Agency office, confer over the phone or meet via a Zoom video conference.
While our counselors are excited to meet in person, COVID-19 is still a health threat that affects everyone of all ages. NC-FH AAA will continue to make safety a high priority, and COVID vaccinations, mask wearing, and hand sanitizing are strongly encouraged.
